2023 USAF HOTEL INFORMATION
There are 5 changes this year from previous summer camps:
#1 - Nights available at the USAF discounted rate are Sunday (July 30th) through Thursday (Aug 4th), based on availability
#2 - The room rate is now a "base rate" of $139 per night**. The $139 base rate applies regardless of the number of guests in the room (maximum of 4). Choice of rooms will be either a double room (2 queen-sized beds) or a king room (1 king-sized bed)
#3 - Any upgrade to the discounted room-type (i.e., other than double or king rooms) needs to be requested. Additional charges above the $139 per night will apply as determined by the hotel.
#4 - Breakfast is now optional and is NOT included in the price of the room. If you decide to purchase the buffet breakfast, you may do so on any day during your stay at the hotel. The discounted rates for our group are as follows: $14 for Adults; $10.95 for kids ages 6-12 and $5.95 for kids 5 and under (plus tax and gratuity).
#5 - You will not need to provide roommate details during this camp registration process. That information will be required when you are booking your hotel room after receiving the link in your registration confirmation email
THE DEADLINE TO REGISTER FOR A HOTEL ROOM AT THE USAF DISCOUNTED BASE RATE** OF $139 PER NIGHT IS JUNE 18TH. IN ORDER TO GUARANTEE THAT RATE, PLEASE COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION AND RESERVATION PROCESS PRIOR TO THE DEADLINE.
Minimum age to rent a room and stay at the hotel without any adult supervision is 21.
THE TOTAL IN YOUR HOTEL RESERVATION CONFIRMATION EMAIL WILL ONLY SHOW THE BASE RATE FOR THE NUMBER OF NIGHTS YOU STAY AT THE HOTEL. ADDITIONAL FEES LISTED BELOW** WILL NOT BE REFLECTED IN YOUR HOTEL CONFIRMATION. HOWEVER THE ADDITIONAL FEES LISTED BELOW WILL BE INCLUDED IN YOUR FINAL INVOICE WHEN YOU CHECK OUT. **Hotel rates are subject to NJ sales tax (6.625%) and NJ occupancy tax (8%). Additionally, there is a onetime service charge of $6.50 per person, per room to cover services provided by Bell Staff, Valet Staff and Doorman.
Hotel cancelation policy and charges - The hotel requires 48-hour cancellation notice or else the first night will be charged to your credit card.
